Today's Senior Spotlight is on Jai Baumann. Jai is the daughter of Annie and Travis Baumann. She has 4 siblings, Jozlyn, Malaysia, Tannin, and Koda.
Some words from her Mom:
Jai~ Who would have thought that little mud and marker covered girl would grow up to be the beautiful magnetic person that you have become. Throughout your life, I have been amazed at your natural talents, and often wonder how my genes created you. Whether it be in the pool, on the court, or jumping on the trampoline with rollerblades, you do everything with unmatchable determination. When everyone was shocked that you played several Championship basketball games on a dislocated ankle (with the flu), I remembered the 4 yr old little girl who didn’t tell me she had a broken collarbone… so that she didn’t have to miss riding the firetrucks at Chili Feed. And every time you cross off another goal, I think about the 8 year old who overheard her dad/coach say “Baumann’s can’t do the Breaststroke”… So she proceeded to train behind his back and a year later walked off the deck as the fastest breaststroker her age, in Montana. Out of everything you have accomplished, I am mostly proud of your strong heart and how you share it with others. You inspire me and the people around you. Take that knowledge with you as you fly, Jai Bird. And do it how you do everything else…fiercely. Love, Mom
Do More of what makes you HAPPY!
